The best way to solve both problems is to have an effective discipline plan. The discipline plan will keep students under control by increasing your phone calls to parents. The increased parental communication will increase the possibility that your Principal will support you, because he/she will give your students a significant disciplinary consequence in the event you send a student to the office.
